Business Overview
This play was first performed at Waseda Small Theater Dorama-kan in 2018 as the first performance of the theatrical company Hahai, and was reperformed at the Honda Theater in Shimokitazawa. After the first performance, he adapted the Noh play "Sumidagawa" and Shakespeare's "Sonnet Shu" into theatrical productions, depicting people who can only exist in the "Awai" of life and death, past and present. This time, like the first performance, it is based on the rakugo story "Shikotsu nagaya," but the format follows Noh. While incorporating elements from his previous works, he has created a new work that approaches "Awai." Started in June 2018. He mainly creates works based on the classics such as rakugo and noh. His 2nd performance, performed in March 2019, won the Grand Prix for the <CoRich Performing Arts Festival! Spring 2019>. In the fourth performance "Dozazusa," she became the youngest performer ever to perform at the Honda Theater. In 2021, "Naguru-Noh From Sumidagawa" is scheduled to be performed again at THEATRE E9 KYOTO and the Tokyo Art Theater Theater Theater Theater East.
