Business Overview
Under the slogan "ART x Science = Dialogue," this project invites contemporary scientists, researchers, and artists to the Tokyo Tech Museum Centennial Hall, designed by architect Kazuo Shinohara (1925-2006), to engage in a deeper discussion of the exhibition's theme, "Out of the box thinking," together with members of the public. Rather than simply displaying artworks, the project aims to create a platform where artists (artworks) and viewers can share the same space, and through the realities and sensations that emerge from this, to create a new model of communication through art. Profile
【 Heteromorphic Ai Production Committee 】
A collective that develops art creation with performative physicality and haptic sensitivity based on “ART× science = dialogue ”. It aims to create a new model of socially engaged art through interactive dialogue between time, place, viewers and things that can be seen.
The Geek Love Project is named after the American novel Geek Love, nicknamed the modern version of 100 Years of Solitude. This novel, which attempts to cast a stone against the sense of incongruity and existing values in modern society from the perspective of minorities, is the aim of the committee, and the name "professional" is derived from the meaning of geek's expertise.
Founded in 2017 by alumni of the Royal College of Art and Design.
