Business Overview
As a flagship event of the international city of Tokyo, all music contents will be held for free under the concept of "a borderless music festival that anyone can participate in". At the main venue, the Grand Open-air Concert Hall, there will be a special collaboration concert featuring the house band “The Music Park Orchestra ” led by executive committee chairperson Seiji Kameda and guest musicians such as Sayuri Ishikawa, Tomoyasu Hotei and Ringo Shiina, as well as acoustic concerts at various locations in Hibiya Park such as the Small Concert Hall and the Second Flower Bed. It will also be held at Midtown Hibiya.

[Hibiya Music Festival Executive Committee]
The Hibiya Music Festival is organized by an executive committee consisting of the Hibiya Park administrator, facilities in Hibiya Park, neighboring companies, and music-related organizations. The executive committee is chaired by Seiji Kameda, a music producer who has arranged and produced music for many artists including Ringo Shiina, Ken Hirai, Spitz, GLAY, Ikimonogakari and JUJU.
