Business Overview
"NEWTOWN" which recorded 10,000 visitors for 2 days last year and has been expanding in scale every time, this year is the 4th time to hold it. In addition to the Digital Hollywood University Hachioji Production Studio (formerly Sanbonmatsu Elementary School) in Tama New Town, the main venue for the exhibition will be Parthenon Boulevard in front of Tama Center Station (Tama City). As a result, the venue has increased in size by more than 4 times and the number of contents has increased significantly from about 300 last year. The cultural festival "NEWTOWN 2019," which will be held this time, will hold a number of participatory programs that transcend the boundaries of professionals and amateurs. Music live, art exhibition, movie screening, drama & dance performance, rakugo, poetry reading, throat show contest, talk show, bon dance, workshop, children's playground, etc. will be held, and various culture introduced by "CINRA.NET" will be gathered at the site of the former elementary school, and it is an event that everyone from children to the elderly can enjoy for free. There will be a music live performance featuring Kanekoa Yano, Maeno Kenta, Shibata Satoko, Oshu, Kokufu Tatsuya, Mayumura Chiaki, etc., a participatory fashion show "Betakoho Fashion Show" featuring model Kotani Miyoshi, 7 A, GINZA editorial department, Ohira Karin, and She is editorial department as commentators, a workshop "Inseparable + Sample Workshop" featuring Matsui Shu, Sugiyama Itaru, Ito Kim, Sakaguchi Kyohei, and Nozu Aoi as instructors, an improvisation workshop featuring Sumito Yamashita, a novelist who won the "156 Akutagawa Prize," a DJ live during the day at Gura, and a "NEW Bon Dance" featuring invited dancers in the afternoon, a "Real Escape Game" by SCRAP, and a "Nodojiman Competition" featuring young and old people on the same stage.
