Business Overview
Art in Country of Tokyo 2019 is a new type of international art project that reconsiders Tokyo from a regional perspective rather than as a megalopolis of Japan, and uses art to connect the unique characteristics and nature of various regions outside of the 23 wards. AICOT 2019 will invite a wide range of international groups and artists, centered around the Experimental Film & Video Festival in Seoul, South Korea, which has been held in Seoul for over 15 years, and will host contemporary art exhibitions and performance events while actively utilizing public and local resources.

It represents Tokyo as the capital of Japan and Tokyo rich in diversity as an area where nature that symbolizes Japan such as mountains, fields and the sea condenses.
