Business Overview

Karaoke, which can be enjoyed casually by men and women of all ages, and in which anyone who sings can play a leading role, is the first Japanese culture to spread around the world. "Tokyo Karaoke Festival 2019" is scheduled to hold 5 regional preliminaries so that more people can participate. Create opportunities for everyone to enjoy singing and talking as a place for citizen exchange. I would like to promote this as a cultural activity for citizens. [Schedule] Each regional tournament (preliminaries) will be held at 5 locations in Tokyo between April and August 2019. A selection competition (Grand Champion Competition) is held in September in which winners from each district participate. The executive committee consists of three companies: Sankei Living Newspaper Co., Ltd., which publishes free papers, Bunka Broadcasting Co., Ltd., a radio company, and Enjoying Co., Ltd., which has held karaoke competitions. We will disseminate information to a wide area and aim to operate the tournament with ease of participation.
