FY 2018 Social Support through Arts and Culture (Phase 1)

Business Overview
Art Brut Tachikawa 2018 will exhibit about 60 works at the Isetan Tachikawa Special Room and Gallery Square in October. This year marks the fourth time the festival has been held. Art Brut by people with disabilities moves viewers because they create with all their creativity. By getting more people to see it, we can make them feel the "possibility of expression" and "the endless creative power of people" that everyone has. There will be performances by Mr. Takayuki Ayama, Mr. Munenori Tamagawa and Mr. Kohei Hayashi during the period. The executive committee is composed of citizens. In addition to many companies, organizations and individuals who support the purpose of this association, the government, the Social Welfare Council and the Isetan Tachikawa store co-sponsor the Art Brut exhibition. I am convinced that this project will be an opportunity for people with disabilities to participate in society.
