Business Overview
This performance focuses on the origin of the shakuhachi, "classical honkyoku." He performed this piece by Katsuya YOKOYAMA, who had studied for many years, by changing the length of the long and short instruments according to the music. In addition, three types of instruments (modern tube, old tube, and groundless tube) were used in different construction methods to add depth to the music and program. In addition, our teacher Toshimitsu ISHIKAWA, who has taught us for more than 20 years, was invited from Kobe to play a supporting role.
