Business Overview
“A new cultural festival created by everyone” "NEWTOWN 2018" is an event where music live, art exhibition, movie screening, drama & dance performance, rakugo, poetry reading, throat show competition, talk show, bon dance, workshop, children's playground, etc. are held, and various culture introduced by "CINRA.NET" usually gathers in the former elementary school site, and everyone from children to the elderly can enjoy it for free. Since last year, it has evolved into a "A place not only to watch but also to actively participate and make presentations" with the participation of not only professionals but also general groups to create a new cultural festival. In the schoolyard, visitors can participate in the Bon Festival dance and throat show competition. In the gymnasium, live performances with gorgeous artists will be held. In collaboration with Japan's largest outdoor poetry festival, "SURVIBIA!!," cyphers with poets and rappers will be held. In the school building, which has nearly 20 classrooms, art exhibitions, talks, workshops, movie screenings, theater performances by theater troupe Kodomo, and live performances in the music room will be held.
