Business Overview
This year marks the 50 year anniversary of the return of the Ogasawara Islands to Japan, and a rakugo performance in the style of yose was held on Chichijima and Hahajima in the village of Ogasawara. People related to '50' and 'Ogasawara Islands' will perform in yose. School yose performances will be held on Chichijima and Hahajima to familiarize elementary and junior high school students with the traditional Japanese art of rakugo. [Miyutei Miruku's Ogasawara Rakugo Club]
Foundation: June 2013
Background: The representative established the club with his friends in order to convey the joy of rakugo to Ogasawara Village, Tokyo, where he used to live.
[Purpose]: In order to preserve and popularize rakugo as a traditional performing art, a rakugo show will be held in Ogasawara Village, Tokyo, with the appearance of Miyutei Miruku.
[Features]: There are officers in both Tokyo (inland) and Ogasawara village, and the planning and implementation of the annual meeting are carried out smoothly.
