Business Overview
Hirayama Motoko, a dance artist based in Japan who primarily works in contemporary dance, combined the different artistic expressions of two artists: OREKA TX, a musical group based in the Basque Country of Spain, and Toko Emi, who sings the traditional Ainu music of Hokkaido, to create the stage piece "HYBRID Rhythm & Dance" (2015: Tokyo premiere). This piece, "HYBRID*k," was presented at the 20th Cyprus Contemporary Dance Festival as an official invitation from the European Capital of Culture-Pafos 2017 in Cyprus, the European Capital of Culture. A workshop for instructors was also held by Hirayama Motoko the day after the performance. Direction, choreography, and performance: Hirayama Motoko. Dance performance: Okuyama Baraba, Mizushima Kotaro. Vocals and Upopo: Toko Emi & Goukon Fukiko. Music and performance: OREKA TX.

Young art managers got together in 2006 and started their activities as "Alfalfa". In 2007, he began supporting Motoko Hirayama (dancer and choreographer). Established as an NPO in 2009. In cooperation with artists, art NPOs, cultural institutions, and local residents, who continue to create high-quality art, the organization provides high-quality art to society.
With a loose network of art managers of the same generation, they are building a flexible and open activity system, aiming for the sustainability of art management and the training of the next generation.
