Business Overview
The aim is to promote traditional Japanese culture such as folk songs and the Tsugaru-jamisen. In addition to performances, the program was created with collaborations with Japanese and Western instrumentalists and illustrators. The first part uses mainly raw shamisen for an acoustic performance, and the second part uses electric shamisen and mainly performs songs with a band. In addition, special attention was paid to the effects of sound, lighting and images, and the program was visually and aurally enjoyable. Profile
[Teru & Teru]
An authentic Tsugaru-jamisen duo formed in 2008 by Hikari Shirafuji and Kaisen Takeda. Each of them has the experience of winning Japan's national championship.
Currently, they are active nationwide, mainly in the Kanto region. The songs performed range from classic folk songs to original songs and cover songs with pop and rock styles. He strives daily to create expressions that combine the power of Tsugaru-jamisen with feminine delicacy.
He won the duo division of the All Japan Tsugaru-jamisen Competition in Nagoya six times.
