Business Overview

A young man follows the reality of Japanese long-stay "retired men" who move to Southeast Asia after retirement. What's behind the carefree, serene second life? People bewildered by their acceptance. The harsh reality of migrant workers living across borders. Can we recognize our differences and walk together? A humorous story of trial and error and coexistence set in Thailand, the Philippines, and Japan. Producing and presenting new works in Tokyo as the culmination of three years of work in progress by artists from across Asia. Through imaginative works based on research and dialogue, they share the realities and differences of each other's societies and present the possibility of a rich coexistence that transcends barriers. Develop to a higher level of mutual understanding and exchange. Also performed in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Manila.
