Business Overview
In October 2003, the late Noh actor Kunya Kimura, who lives in Tabata, started Asukayama Takig 15 i-noh with the intention of "giving back to Kita Ward, where I grew up, through noh." The setting with bonfires and Japanese candles in the scenery that makes you feel nature and history invites you to a world of obscurity.

[Asukayama Takigi-noh Executive Committee]
The event was held in 2003 for the 400 first time by the late Mr. Kunya Kimura, who was a member of the Association for Japanese Noh Plays and a general holder of Important Intangible Cultural Property of Noh. Since the fourth performance, volunteers from local town associations, shopping districts, and companies have carried on Kimura's wishes as an executive committee. The performance will be attended by leading Japanese Noh actors including Mansaku NOMURA and Genshoshi UMEWAKA.
