With the aim of continuing and developing the tradition of Japanese music, from September 1996, those who have the desire to create Japanese music from each genre gathered and held study meetings. The organization was established in January 1997. He also paid attention to the importance of language in Japanese music and established the Literature Department in March of the same year. After that, study groups and trial performances were held, and the first concert was held in May 2000. Since then, the conference has been held almost once a year, and this is the 15th conference. Since 2010, he has held public lectures on "The Key to Creation" 1~2 times a year, analyzing works from the point of view of creators and offering suggestions on how to listen to them.
