Business Overview
Animation isn't just about moving symbols or pictures. It is a phenomenon caused by the body that when non-continuous still images are continuously reproduced, they appear to move. The thought and time condensed in each of the non-continuous images invite the painter/viewer to an unarrived timeline beyond experience and consciousness. By animating an abstract landscape, the artist experiences the ephemeral aspects of nature, culture, and life, and by making it public, shares the extremely personal and unreal landscape with others. In this exhibition, an abstract landscape animation short work set in Tokyo will be exhibited in progress. Drawings, sketches, test videos, and completed video parts will be arranged to expand the recognition of the expressive power of animation and to provide an opportunity to learn about the thinking work of drawing from various angles. Through this exhibition, he adds new thoughts and eventually produces a short animation.
