Business Overview

Jointly with Soke Chikuyusha, the Zenkoku Chikuyukai, which is in close contact with Kotokoryu Shakuhachi, will hold the first private concert since the Heisei era to celebrate the birthday of Kawase Junsuke, the third generation performer of Kotokoryu Shakuhachi, at the National Noh Theater. This time, it was a challenging attempt to let people hear the sound of the shakuhachi on the Noh stage. It also tries to produce light using LED lights. In addition to classical honkyoku and creative kyoku, kyogen 'Rakuami,' in which the spirit of a shakuhachi player is directed, is performed with a shakuhachi performance (the kyogen performer is Juro ZENCHIKU). Sankyoku 'Onoe no Matsu' was performed by Yasukazu FUJII (sangen), Akiko FUJIMOTO (koto) and Roshu KAWASE (sangen). The disciples of Chikuyusha also appeared.
