"Following the summer of 2015 "I want to dance! 17 Spring Festival" in which all the dancers performed Stravinsky's “Rite of Spring, ” this year a total of 11 dancers will produce a piece based on the motif of Eric Satie's music. Each dancer performs alone. Two winners of the "I want to dance! Rookie Series 14" (*) held in January this year will perform their prize-winning works again." (*) "I want to dance! rookie series" is a new dancer performance project held every year by recruiting new dancers. It will be the 14th time in 2016. This project "I want to dance!" is the main part. ["I want to dance!" Executive Committee]
The executive committee of "I want to dance!" was formed by former members of the small theater die pratze, together with performers and critics who were involved in the dance festival "I want to dance!" which was held by the theater die pratze and closed in 2012. He took over the planning and production of "I want to dance!". The sister project "I want to dance! rookie series" is now in its 14th year and is a gateway to success for new dancers. In July 2012, the representative changed from Jiro YOSHIMURA to Keiichi HAYASHI.
