Business Overview

Produced in Los Angeles and Tokyo based on the research and study materials of sociologist Lord Humphreys possessed by ONE Archives in Los Angeles, and released a new performance in Spiral Hall in January 2016. With the legalization of same-sex marriage, the gay liberation movement, especially since the late 1960s, seems to have achieved its main goal. Sexual minorities, including homosexuals, are finally participating in the economic, legal, and cultural order of the majority. However, when these sexual minorities are given “equal status ” by the majority, the minority is expected to abandon the“ practices ” that made them unique when they were marginalized. Between the 19 and 20 centuries, the unique gay sex culture that was invented and developed because of discrimination and oppression is now at a major turning point, with the spread of the Internet and social media. While LGBT social rights are being established in many parts of the world, this film dares to explore this "deviant" gender that needs to be discarded and why it matters for the future of our society.
