Business Overview
Percussionist Mizuki Aida has worked with composers of various generations in Japan, and has devoted himself to developing a new repertoire for percussion instruments. Joji Yuasa, Yasuo Sueyoshi, Shutaka Mizuno, Masahiro Yamauchi and Harunao Iza are invited to this performance to introduce new music for percussion instruments. In addition, composer Yoshio Hachimura's masterpiece "Seishinpu," which marks 30 years since his death, will be performed with Yasuo Sueyoshi's piano, and a musical dialogue will unfold that transcends generations. In addition, through the re-performances of works by Fumiko Kojiba and Nao Kukiyama, who were commissioned by Aida herself, she looks at the values and aesthetics of various generations and talks through music about how we, who live today, should confront this age.

Mizuki Aida (Percussion)
Born in 1988 in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. He was introduced to the violin as a child, and began playing percussion instruments at the age of 12. After studying in the Department of Virtuoso at Musashino University of Music, he completed a master's degree at Musashino University of Music. He studied percussion and marimba under Sumire YOSHIHARA and Momoko KAMIYA. He won the second prize in the 9th Contemporary Music Competition "Kyoraku IX" sponsored by the Contemporary Music Association of Japan. Since then, he has been responsible for the premieres of many new works by composers, and as of December 2015, he had produced 100 works. In 2014, she appeared in NHKFM "Recital Nova" and released her first solo album "with ..." from ALM Kojima. The album was picked up as the recommended edition of Asahi Shinbun for your collection and Ongaku no Tomo (Friends of Music) December issue. He also received the 4th Setagaya Art Award in the "Flying" Music Category for his diverse musical activities. He continues his activities in various fields.
