Business Overview
Japan's first integrated dance company consisting of dancers with and without disabilities. They are opening a new field of contemporary dance by utilizing various different bodies. The artistic directors are Takiko Iwabuchi and Yukio Suzuki. Each choreographed work is presented alternately. The first performances will be held at Asahi Art Square on February 28, 2015 and March 1, featuring works choreographed by Yukio Suzuki. In July, they will present a choreographed work by Adam Benjamin, former co-artistic director of the UK ’ s CandoCo Dance Company. In addition to performance activities, we plan to develop workshop activities with people with various disabilities.

Profile
[Creative Arts Executive Committee]
It was established in May 1990 to support people with disabilities in expressing themselves through art and to explore new possibilities for art. Since then, she has been developing activities to ask questions about the new way society should be through the participation of not only people with disabilities, but also people of all ages, genders and ethnicities in art activities. In June 2014, he established Hibiki Kyo, an integrated dance company to develop new forms of dance expression that make use of diverse physical characteristics, in addition to participation-type activities and local art project-type businesses. It is attracting attention as an effort to integrate society and art.
