Business Overview
The second part of the project to make movies from sound. In ordinary film production, the hierarchy of image (visual expression) and sound (auditory expression) in film is doubted by daring to put the sound track (Voices, sounds, music and sound), which is recorded at the same time as shooting or handled as a voice-over, in front, and the expansion of film expression is tried while reconsidering what film is. This time, we will use acousmatic, a genre of sound art, and acousmonium, a performance system. In addition, as a bridge from the previous session, the performances in “Films from Sound 1” will be shown as a film, and as in the previous session, in parallel with the production of the work, a series of lectures will be held open to the public to discuss the changes in the film and video environment caused by the recent digitalization.

Profile
[Charm Point]
Centered on film director Kei Shichiri, a group of independent filmmakers, musicians, and artists formed the group to create and present works that go beyond existing genres of expression. To date, he has produced a dramatic film with voices and signs (Sleeping Princess), a short film co-written with an architect (DUBHOUSE), and a series of short films (To the light) that continue to be updated. It also continues its experimental screening activities.
