Business Overview

In Korea, newspapers and playwrights associations solicit new works under the banner of "New Year's Literature." The "Korean Rookie Dramatists Series" is the first to introduce to Japan works that have won the award in the drama category. The aim of this series is to introduce the talents who will play a leading role in the future of Korean theater and to think about the future of theater in Japan and Korea together with the audience, and to share with the audience the problems of modern society through the "point of view of society" that underlies the award-winning works. This time, the 3rd edition, the theme is "Modern life (real) swirling in fantasy" and 3 short films that won awards in 2013 are performed. Depicts the modern side of delusions, fables, the internet and games that find joy and pain that sometimes surpass reality. Profile

In 2011, it was established as a laboratory for discovering and imagining original expressions, with the predecessor being a Japanese group that learned "breath acting" at the performance troupe Koripe (Busan) led by director Lee Yun-taek. Co-produced by Tainieris and Engeidan Koripe, Japan-Korea performance of "LES BONNES-jochu tachi" is performed. After that, he translated and performed Korean dramas repeatedly as "Korean New Playwrights Series." Akisame (Autumn Rain) from the series won the Miryang Summer Performing Arts Festival 2012 Best Picture and Best Acting Award.
