Business Overview
The year 2014 marks 150 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Switzerland and Japan, and various events have been held in both countries. Also, due to Prime Minister Abe's visit last year, V4 countries (Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic) will deepen their exchanges this year. In response to this, we planned and co-sponsored with the Japan Foundation a performance of pure joruri and kabuki dance for Switzerland and V4 countries such as Hungary and Poland. The aim is to promote mutual understanding between Japan and other countries by presenting the outstanding cultural heritage created by the sensibilities of the Japanese people, and to hand down the emotion gained through the performance to future generations.
