Tokyo Filmex Executive Committee
August 2000 Tokyo Filmex Executive Committee was established. The secretariat was established at 5-5 11 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo. December 2000: The first Tokyo Filmex/Tokyo Filmex 2000 was held (December 18 to 24th, Luteator Ginza, Tokyo, etc.); November 2001: The second Tokyo Filmex was held (November 18 to 26, Asahi Hall, Yurakucho, Tokyo, etc.); November 2002: The Tokyo Filmex Executive Committee, a specified non-profit organization, was established and changed from a voluntary organization; December 2002: The third Tokyo Filmex/Tokyo Filmex 2002 was held (December 1 ~8, Tokyo, Yurakucho Asahi Hall, etc.); November 2003: The fourth Tokyo Filmex/Tokyo Filmex 2003 was held from November 22 to 30, Asahi Hall, Yurakucho, Tokyo, etc.); and since then, until 2010, it has been held for 9 days in late November for a total of 11 times.
・ June 2004 Cooperation in planning and management of the Japan Foundation's "Japanese Movie Screening with English Subtitles," held in Tokyo (9 times so far, until June 2007)
・ March 2008 Held the Children's Workshop "Time for Movies" (Co-Hosted by Keio University DMC Organization, Keio University Mita Campus, Tokyo
) as an education promotion project, held the second time in March 21, and the third time in March 22.
In November 2010, as part of the Tokyo Culture Sharing Project, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Culture Sharing Project Office (Tokyo Foundation for History and Culture) jointly held the "Japanese Films Overseas Sharing Project" and "Next Masters Tokyo 2010" (renamed "Talent Campus Tokyo" in 2011).
