The purpose of this organization is to contribute to international peace and the improvement of the environment while continuing the traditional Nohgaku culture through mutual exchanges, cultural experiences, and information exchanges among various people, including Japanese and foreign nationals, all generations from children to the elderly, women, and men, centered on Konparu-ryu Nohgakushi, Yamai Tsunao.

It was formed in 1998 by Shinobu TAKAHASHI, Hachiro TSUJII, Tsunao YAMAI, and Kikaku INOUE of the Konparu school of Noh shite-kata. He developed a wide range of activities to lead the next generation of the Nohgaku world. Endeavor to develop and popularize Nohgaku. As a direct disciple of the head family of the Konparu school, his performance on the stage, which values tradition, is highly appreciated.
