Business Overview
"Yanari" is a two-day symposium that explores the intertwining of visual media, exhibitions, and geopolitics through the echoes of invisible beings.
Artists, curators, and art historians will gather together to discuss discontinuities in discourse and the remnants of history, from a curatorial perspective to reexamine the circulation and mechanisms of discourse that shape contemporary art.
Through film screenings, performative lectures and academic panel discussions, the exhibition explores how curatorial practice can respond to the material and emotional instability of screen practice, exhibition history and geopolitical imagination with a focus on East Asia.
