Business Overview

A concert in which two compositions, wind band (WO) and big band (BB), coexist on one stage. "Rhapsody for Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble" (arranged by Williams/Nestico) is the only work for this WO-BB arrangement, and probably there is no other work. All eight songs, including the encore, were composed and arranged by Yui KAWABATA, a composer and arranger who also served as a conductor.
Almost all of the talented players were in their 20s, and they played in a central rhythm section with BB on the lower side and WO on the upper/lower side.
