Business Overview

We developed two participatory workshops to create "A place where you can improve your sensitivity to diversity and practice communication that respects others and yourself" using theatrical techniques.

Role Play: "My Ignorance/Common Sense"
In small groups, participants read short scripts that depict scenes of microaggressions, prejudice, and discrimination, and discuss their impressions and perceptions.
Script/Facilitator: Seri Kurosawa "A diverse group of people gathered at a disaster shelter!"

Simulation Game Edition: Shelter Skelter
The game is set as a game with a multi-cultural environment.
Script/Facilitator: Fujii Sotaro (Playwright/Director/Actor/Lantern Theater)

At the same time, he collaborated with those involved in education, medical care/welfare, administration, and community planning, and reflected the voices of those in the field in workshops and future plans.
