Business Overview
This project produced and performed a non-verbal drama "Sekizu no Hibiki" which fuses different expressions such as sword fighting, Japanese musical instruments, dance, video and beat box. The story is told by the body and sound without using language, and it is based on the Battle of Sekigahara, the origin of Edo and Tokyo, and fuses traditional entertainment and modern expression in a high dimension. The lead roles are played by Wada Masanari and Saotome Yuki, with Miyamoto Yako, who previously starred in Broadway's "STOMP," serving as artistic director. Artists who are active in Japan and overseas such as swordsmen, dancers, musicians, filmmakers, lighting, sound and art staff gathered.
