[Seiryu Theater]
Established in 1996.
He has performed 53 times to date. The company's representative Takaya Tanaka studied in Germany (2004 – 2005), and this led the company to invite actors from overseas to collaborate with Japanese actors. He is also actively involved in international theater exchange activities, such as participating in international theater festivals. In recent years, he has focused on performing translations of classic Western plays. He also holds online lectures on Greek Drama, and participants come from all over the country.
In 2019, he received Hyogo Prefecture Art Encouragement Prize. In 2023, he won the '2nd Kansai Engeki Taisho' (Kansai Engeki Grand Prize) as an excellent work.
