Overview Under the theme of "City as Garden," the festival was staged across the urban landscape of Tokyo. It featured cross-disciplinary exhibitions showcasing a wide range of artists—from legendary masters to emerging talents—alongside international symposia.

【TOKYO INSITUTE of PHOTOGRAPHY】
The organization's activities are based on three pillars: educational projects, AIR projects, and local cultural projects. The educational project is the "T3 STUDENT PROJECT. The project features portfolio exhibitions by students selected from 14 universities across Japan. In addition, as an AIR project, T.I.P operates a residency program in collaboration with an overseas photography organization. The program connects domestic photographic networks with overseas human resources to create cultural exchange. Finally, the T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO is held as a cultural project to foster photographic community.
