[NPO Theater Creation Network]
A non-profit organization that engages in activities in the fields of culture, human resource development, and theater education at public theaters and aims to contribute to the revitalization of citizens' cultural activities from the local community to throughout Japan. It was established in July Heisei 17 (2005) with the participation of experts in various fields such as local government cultural policy consultants, public theater operators and producers, theater technicians, and actors, mainly playwrights living in Suginami Ward.
