The Noel on the Small Path, which celebrated its 16th anniversary in 2025, was organized as a Christmas candlelight event by a volunteer executive committee. About 10 groups of candle artists decorate about 20 places every year with beautiful and unique decorations, adding more charm to the town as a Christmas tradition of Shimokitazawa.
