あくびがうつる presents MONOCYCLE THEATRE 『劇場』
Business Overview
一輪車のある演劇として企画された「MONOCYCLE THEATRE 」で、オリジナル作品『劇場』を上演した。この作品では、一輪車競技のアーティストと演劇制作者のコラボレーションによって製作された。オリジナル作品『劇場』は、人生のメタファーとしての演劇を描き、舞台上で一輪車アーティストと俳優たちが共存する表現を目指した。主な出演者はあくびがうつるメンバーと、一輪車アーティスト数名。構成・演出を一輪車アーティストであり、演劇製作者でもある薄田澄子が担当した。これまでのあくびがうつるの共同創作のスタイルから、この公演ではこれまでのあくびがうつるの創作活動を踏まえつつ、一輪車競技と演劇に知見をもつ薄田が演出を担うことで、より洗練されたコラボレーション作品を製作した。

[Yawn catching]
"Powerful theater team that makes you feel good when you see it." It consists of Anna SHIMOZAWA, Shiori SHIMIZU, Sumiko SUSUDA, Ryotaro MITANI and Ryoichi MORITA. The five members, who came from backgrounds other than theater, found theater in different ways, and together they support the team under the slogan "Anytime, Anywhere, With Anyone." The goal is to create a theater and community through the production of various works, and to create a place where "yawns pass."
