Business Overview

The purpose of 'Ohayashi Live' is to preserve, transmit and popularize traditional Japanese music (Kabuki Hayashi) and to improve the technique of the members. In this performance, we took up the contrasting Kabuki music of Nagauta and Gidayu, and clearly showed the difference in characteristics and attractiveness of each. In addition, by incorporating Japanese dance programs, visual elements were added, and the structure was easy to understand even for visitors unfamiliar with classical music. In addition, in addition to passing on the traditional techniques of performers who are active at the forefront, they also worked on new expressions through creative compositions, and widely disseminated the diverse charms and possibilities of hogaku bayashi.
