SEEEU – Europe Photo Month Tokyo is a decentralized photo festival that introduces contemporary European photography at multiple locations in Tokyo. This project is not limited to museums, but also creates opportunities for citizens to encounter works in everyday urban spaces by utilizing temporary enclosures at construction sites, public spaces, and galleries. In 2025, 12 exhibitions were held in 12 locations in Tokyo, showcasing documentary, conceptual and experimental works by photographers from across Europe. At the same time, related programs such as talks and discussions were organized and organized by international curators and production teams.

KOI NIPPON
KOI NIPPON is a voluntary organization engaged in international cultural exchange and creative production.KOI NIPPON began its activities in 2019 as the Japan bureau of the Lithuanian cultural NGO KOI, which was established in 2008. Centered on cultural exchange between Japan and the Baltic countries, including Lithuania, the museum holds exhibitions, festivals, and international collaborative projects, serving as a cultural platform that connects the two regions. So far they have held a cultural event "Creative Lithuania" in Tokyo, a Japanese culture festival "nowJapan" in Lithuania, and in 2024 they organized "Human Baltics," a humanist photography exhibition of Baltic countries in Tokyo. The exhibition attracted many visitors, showed the power of photographic expression and was widely covered by the media.
