As a subsidy project of Setagaya Ward, the center is the operation of Odekake Hiroba, community activities through food such as a children's cafeteria and food bank, and events where parents and children can gather in the redevelopment around Shimokitazawa Station are carried out in cooperation with Setagaya Ward, the railway and shopping district.
