Nagauta no Kai vol. 43
Business Overview
"Nagauta no kai" was held with the hope that more people would enjoy and come to like the wonderful nagauta that has been passed down from the past to the present.
This time, too, the three nagauta titles and the aikatashu were played, giving the audience a taste of nagauta. It opens with an Aikatashu by 10 members of Tokyo Natsumeza. The fun of shamisen was expressed.
The three nagauta titles are 'Matsunooka,' 'Tamagawa,' and 'Ninin Wankyu.'.
The songs were sung by Niwamura SHIOBARA, Shoichiro KINEYA, Masae TOON HANDA and others.
The shamisen was played by Tetsukuro MATSUNAGA, Chuichiro MATSUNAGA and others.
Hayashi is performed by Takane UMEYA, Misao MOCHIZUKI and others.
Between songs, Tetsukuro Matsunaga talked about his feelings and episodes for the songs, and the audience was excited. Finally, Tetsukuro MATSUNAGA and Niwamura SHIOBARA performed 'Osatsuma' to express their gratitude to the visitors.

The Matsunaga Tetsukuro Office is an association of Nagauta lovers whose purpose is to contribute to the popularization of Nagauta and the development of art culture through Nagauta performances, lecture concerts, and related events.
The "Nagauta no Kai" started in 2013. Every nagauta that has been handed down to this day is wonderful. I want people to enjoy it more and like it, so I continue to hold concerts that deliver a lot of nagauta songs, shamisen and hayashi.
