「スタートアップ助成」は、東京の芸術シーンで活動を展開していこうとする新進の芸術家や芸術団体等がチャレンジする新たな芸術創造活動を助成します。東京都内又は海外で実施される公演、展示、アートプロジェクト、国際フェスティバルへの参加、国際コラボレーション等を対象とし、若い才能が今後の芸術活動への地歩を築くためのスタートアップを後押しします。

2026年度 第2回「スタートアップ助成」について、助成申請を検討されている方を対象にオンライン公募説明会を開催します。参加を希望される方は、締切日までに申込フォームからお申込ください。
※参加に際しては、公募ガイドラインを必ず事前にお読みください。
※申請にあたってのご質問は、お問い合わせフォームで承ります（9月19日（土）～9月23日（水・祝）はカレンダー通り休業です。お問い合わせはお早めにお願いいたします。）

Application Guidelines
- Implementation period of the target project
- Projects beginning on or after January 1, 2027 and ending by December 31, 2027
- target business
- （１）都内での芸術創造活動
都内で実施する上演・コンサート・展示・上映・アートプロジェクト、その他の創造活動
（２）国際的な芸術創造活動
海外公演・展示、国際コラボレーション、国際フェスティバルへの参加、招聘公演・展示等 - Applicants who are eligible
- Individuals (Emerging artists, producers, planners and producers, etc.) or up-and-coming groups (Arts organizations, executive committees, etc.) who are engaged in artistic activities based in Tokyo and are expected to play a role in the next generation of the Tokyo art scene.
*For individuals: In the field for which the applicant is applying, it has been less than three years since he/she first organized a public activity in Tokyo, or he/she has organized no more than five public activities in Tokyo.
*For organizations: less than three years have passed since the organization was established. It does not matter whether you have a corporate status or not, or whether you are classified. - Venues

- Music, theater, dance, art and video, traditional performing arts, and mixed arts (art activities whose core field cannot be specified)

※助成金額は、当助成プログラムの審査の観点や予算額等を総合的に勘案して算定するため、申請額に満たない場合があります。

* Co-sponsored projects and affiliated projects with facilities managed and operated by Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture are not eligible for subsidies.
* Projects sponsored or co-sponsored by Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, or projects that are or are scheduled to be paid subsidies, support funds, subsidies, consignment fees, etc. by Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture and Tokyo are not eligible for subsidies.
