"Creation Grant" supports diverse creative activities and their stakeholders that contribute to enhancing Tokyo's urban appeal by subsidizing part of the activity expenses for artists and art organizations based in Tokyo.
Applications are accepted in four categories according to the purpose of the activities and the duration of the grant. The "Category I [One-Year Grant] Artistic Creation Activities" program supports creative activities such as performances, exhibitions, and art projects held within Tokyo, as well as international art exchange activities held in Tokyo or overseas.

From 10:00 on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 to 18:00 on Tuesday, August 4
Applications for the public offering are available online. Please use the application form to register the applicant, fill in the fields, and upload the necessary documents.

2026年度 第2期 東京芸術文化創造発信助成「カテゴリーI ［単年助成］芸術創造活動」について、助成申請を検討されている方を対象にオンライン公募説明会を開催します。参加を希望される方は、各回締切日までに申込フォームからお申し込みください。
※「カテゴリーI［単年助成］」について説明いたします。カテゴリーⅡ・Ⅲ・Ⅳは別日程となります。

* Co-sponsored projects and affiliated projects with facilities managed and operated by Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture are not eligible for subsidies.
*Projects sponsored or co-sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, or projects that have been provided with subsidies, support funds, subsidies, commission fees, etc. from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, or projects that are scheduled to be paid, are not eligible for subsidies. However, you can apply for this grant for projects that are or are scheduled to be subsidized by Arts Council Tokyo under the "Grant for Accessibility".
