「東京芸術文化創造発信助成」は、東京の都市としての魅力の向上に寄与する多様な創造活動とその担い手を支援するため、東京を拠点とする芸術団体等に対して活動経費の一部を助成します。
活動の目的や助成期間に応じて4つのカテゴリー別に公募を行っており、「カテゴリーⅣ ［長期助成］ 海外映画祭参加活動」では、映画のポストプロダクション及び海外映画祭への参加を支援することで、映画分野の国際的な作品発表の活動促進を目的に、最長3年間の支援を行います。

2026年度 東京芸術文化創造発信助成カテゴリーⅣ［長期助成］海外映画祭参加活動について、助成申請を検討されている方を対象にオンライン公募説明会を開催します。参加を希望される方は、各回締切日までに申込フォームからお申し込みください。
※「カテゴリーⅣ［長期助成］海外映画祭参加活動」について説明いたします。カテゴリーⅠ・Ⅱ・Ⅲは別日程となります。
※参加に際しては、「公募ガイドライン」を必ず事前にお読みください。

Application Guidelines
- Implementation period of the target project
- Projects beginning on or after January 1, 2027 and ending by December 31, 2028 (two years)
or
Projects beginning on or after January 1, 2027 and ending by December 31, 2029 (three years) - target business
- 海外映画祭での上映を目指し、海外映画祭用の上映素材のポストプロダクションを行う事業で、2年又は3年を必要とするもの
- Applicants who are eligible
- Any of the following must be met
- Organization headquartered in Tokyo
* The director or producer, etc. who plays a central role in the creation must reside in Tokyo.
* In the case of a group, it does not matter whether it is a corporation or not.
・ Individuals residing in Tokyo (Film directors, producers, etc.)

* Co-sponsored projects and affiliated projects with facilities managed and operated by Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture are not eligible for subsidies.
*Projects sponsored or co-sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, or projects that have been provided with subsidies, support funds, subsidies, commission fees, etc. from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, or projects that are scheduled to be paid, are not eligible for subsidies. However, you can apply for this grant for projects that are or plan to receive "Grant for Accessibility" subsidies implemented by Arts Council Tokyo.
