The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo are implementing the "Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals" project to dispatch young art management personnel who will play a role in connecting artists and society to overseas festivals and other events for a short period of time.
In the first call for applications this year, we invited applicants to the Sao Paulo Biennale, one of the world's most important international art exhibitions along with the Edinburgh International Festival, the Venice Biennale, and Documenta, which is held every year in Edinburgh, Scotland.
