As part of its cultural strategy aimed at improving the attractiveness of Tokyo's arts and culture, the Arts Council Tokyo is implementing a program to support the creation of attractive arts and culture. In order to support more artists and staff, this grant is intended for innovative creative activities, festivals, and art projects that have sustained and ripple power and involve multiple organizations and many artists. In addition, for the two types of support costs, actual support (with upper limits) will be provided separately.
From a total of 93 projects that received applications during the 2nd public offering period (August 19, 2025 to September 24), a total of 21 projects (with a total grant amount of 207,355,538 yen) were selected through the screening committee. Of these, 4 grants were for digital development support and 5 grants were for creative environment support (total 10,487,538 yen).
