The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo are implementing a "Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals" program to dispatch young art management personnel who will play a role in connecting artists and society to overseas festivals and other events for a short period of time.
In the third round of applications this year, we invited applicants for the Berlin International Film Festival, one of the world's top three film festivals, along with the Cannes International Film Festival and the Venice International Film Festival.
