【Call for Visitors】FY2025 Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals "Debriefing Session"

Date and Time
Thursday, March 12, 2026 17:00~19:30 (Doors open 16:30)
Venue
Arts Council Tokyo 5th floor conference room
(4-1-28 Kudankita, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo Kudan First Place 5th floor)

In order to strengthen Tokyo's function as an international art hub, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Arts Council Tokyo have been implementing a "Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals" program since FY2023 to dispatch human resources who will play a role in connecting artists and society to overseas art festivals and other events. In FY2025, we conducted a total of three recruitments in five regions, and 15 people were selected for dispatch. We hope that the opportunity to network with people involved in the arts and culture at home and abroad will be the first step in international activities for the dispatchers.

In this debriefing session, the 15 students selected to participate in the program will report on the purpose of participating in the program and their activities at their destination. They will talk about the results of the dispatch, such as the awareness gained through exposure to pioneering works and creative sites overseas, hearings in the field, and exchanges with people concerned. In addition, there will be a Q & A session and a social gathering. Please join us if you are interested in the company you are dispatched to, the dispatch participants, or if you are interested in participating in the dispatch in the future.
