The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture have launched the "Tokyo Children's Arts and Culture Platform 'TOKYO Culture Debut'" to deliver art and cultural experiences to more children.
Arts Council Tokyo and Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. will collaborate to hold a workshop where children and artists can create works of art together.
Using the large cardboard boxes lined up at the venue as canvases, I will draw colors and shapes with crayons with artist Hidehiko Kado.
Mr. Kado connects these pieces together to create a huge work of art that brings together everyone's individuality.
