This project is a joint project between the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Arts Council Tokyo with the aim of culturally utilizing residential buildings with high cultural value in Tokyo and disseminating the charm of residential architecture, thereby leading to preservation and inheritance.
We are looking for organizations that understand the purpose of this project, are interested in the preservation and maintenance of residential buildings, and are willing to use them for cultural purposes.

How to apply
Please send the above and a set of application documents to the address below. Within 3 business days, the Planning Division of the Arts Council Tokyo Planning Department will notify you of receipt by email. If you do not receive an email after 3 business days, please contact us.

- When applying, please check your email address carefully.
- We accept submission of documents only by email. We do not mail it.
- Multiple applications by the same applicant are allowed. However, duplicate selections are not made.
- A hearing may be conducted at the screening stage.
- The personal information described in the application form will be managed appropriately in accordance with Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture 's rules on the protection of personal information, and will be used only for the purpose of this selection.
- To verify the documents submitted, Arts Council Tokyo may contact the contact information provided in the application form.
Notes
After the adoption of the plan, after consultation with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Arts Council Tokyo, we will prepare and submit a detailed implementation plan and income and expenditure plan again to determine the amount of the burden.
