[Application for Students] "NEXTART," a human resources development program that connects arts and culture with society

Since fiscal year 2026, Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo have launched the human resource development program "NEXTART" for working adults who wish to apply their diverse experience and skills cultivated in the arts and culture fields, and are recruiting participants.
In the first year, over a total of six days, participants will receive lectures and on-site visits by experts and practitioners involved in contemporary art, lifestyle culture, public relations, and business fields, aiming to reflect on their own experiences and the intersection of art and culture, aiming to concretize ways and ideas to connect to their next activities.

Features of "NEXTART: Meet Art and Culture and Open Your Career"

  • Deepen knowledge of contemporary art from multiple perspectives through lectures, on-site visits, and presentations of ideas by participants
  • Exploring new possibilities of connection with the art field by utilizing the skills and experience of each student
  • Get hands-on experience from lecturers who are active in both the business and art fields
  • Interact with instructors, facilitators, and students during discussions and group work
