Lectures & Workshops
Experience Deaf Sign Language Interpretation of Art (Deaf Guide)

We will invite Ms. Chisato Minamimura, who is active as an art commentator at art galleries and museums in the UK, to give a lecture on Deaf guides and experience the essence of actual programs to train Deaf guides. Last year's program was to "get to know" the Deaf Guide by introducing cases from England. This year's program focuses on "actually trying."

*This program is part of the "Partner Program" developed as part of the "Creative Wellbeing Tokyo" business. The program works with cultural institutions, NPOs, universities, social welfare facilities, etc., to investigate and verify programs and develop models for improving accessibility. Following on from last year, the program aims to develop a Deaf Guide Training Program for cultural facilities.
